II. COMPLAINT NOTICE PROCEDURES FOR COPYRIGHT OWNERS

The

following elements must be included in your copyright infringement claim:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized

to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple

copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notice, a representative

list of such works at that site.

3. Identification of the material that

is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that

is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably

sufficient to permit the Company to locate the material.

4. Information

reasonably sufficient to permit the Company to contact the complaining party,

such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address

at which the complaining party may be contacted.

5. A statement that the

complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner

complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty

of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner

of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Failure to include all

of the above information may result in a delay of the processing or the DCMA notification.

Dia Mundial do Rock

É pra quem só sabe dizer que Rock é sexo drogas e Rock n' Roll ta muito enganado.

Rock também é sinônimo de compaixão.

E pra você que tá aí falando que o Rock não merece ter um dia para ser comemorado pense que tudo têm um porque, e procure se informar antes de falar besteira.

Vou deixar a história do Dia Mundial do Rock pra essas pessoas que falam pelos cotovelos refletirem um pouco e para você que não sabia o porque dessa data.

Em 13 de julho de 1985, Bob Geldof organizou o Live Aid, um show simultâneo em Londres na Inglaterra e na Filadélfia nos Estados Unidos. O objetivo principal era o fim da fome na Etiópia e contou com a presença de artistas como The Who, Status Quo, Led Zeppelin, Dire Straits, Madonna, Queen, Joan Baez, David Bowie, BB King, Mick Jagger, Sting, Scorpions, U2, Paul McCartney, Phil Collins (que tocou nos dois lugares), Eric Clapton e Black Sabbath.

Foi transmitido ao vivo pela BBC para diversos países e abriu os olhos do mundo para a miséria no continente africano. 20 anos depois, em 2005, Bob Geldof organizou o Live 8 como uma nova edição, com estrutura maior e shows em mais países com o objetivo de pressionar os líderes do G8 para perdoar a dívida externa dos países mais pobres erradicar a miséria do mundo.

Desde então o dia 13 de julho passou a ser conhecido como Dia Mundial do Rock

Jazmyn D is doing something special. We are taking part in a charity event called Feed a Smile. Feed a Smile runs from July 10th to July 18th. Jazmyn has made an exclusive item for the event, were all proceeds from the sales of this outfits will go straight to the chairty. The goal of the Feed-a-Smile 2010 event is to feed the 466 children in the LLK projects during the school holidays. These children are living in the Rhonda Slums of Nakuru, Kenya. Live and Learn in Kenya finds sponsors to finance the education of needy children, which includes everything that the child needs in order to go to school — fees, uniform, shoes, textbooks, school supplies,etc...
During the school holidays this kids have nowhere to go to get a real meal, so our goal is to feed these children during this time. A warm meal for a child cost about 100Linden$.
The Feed-a-Smile Charity Event wants to feed 466 children for 27 days ( = 12,582 meals).
You can follow the current status of our live meal counter in the middle of our venue or on our Blog http://feed-a-smile.blogspot.com/. There will be various events thoughout the week, including a fashion show. Because this is a charity event, 100% of the proceeds will go to children. Please come and help support a great cause! O famoso espelho, espelho meu...

        Vejo tantas pessoas que só pensam em si... sem ao menos um instante pensarem no que o próximo pensa ou deixa de pensar... quer ou deixa de querer.

       Acho que quanto mais os anos passam, mais as pessoas se tornam desumanas. Esquecem que as outras pessoas também tem sentimentos e que o mundo não gira só a sua volta.

       Vivem em um mundinho particular medíocre e as vezes até anti-ético.

       Acham que são donos da verdade, se acham mais importantes, mais inteligentes, mais bonitos. 

       Agem completamente por interesse próprio, lembram de ti quando lhes é conveniente, quando você tem algo pra lhes oferecer, não digo materialmente mas em muitos outros aspectos.

       E sabe o que é pior, que na verdade essa auto-confiança que eles tanto insistem em transparecer não existe. No fundo são pessoas vazias, tristes, cheias de medos e anseios, limitadas e que não são capazes de enchergar o verdadeiro sentido da vida.

       Só que o mundo gira, e um dia você irá precisar verdadeiramente de alguém, e sabe quem é esse alguém que irá lhe estender a mão? Aquele idiota que foi pisado, humilhado, deixado de lado.

       Aí quando você não precisar mais dele, você irá descartá-lo novamente como se fosse um brinquedo que você enjou de brincar.

       Mas tome cuidado, pois um dia esse idiota vai cansar e vai lhe virar as costas (este por sua vez que estará politicamente correto de agir dessa maneira) então você estará sózinho, frágil e sem toda aquela auto-confiaça que você achava que tinha e não passava de pura ilusão.

       Portanto pense bem antes de achar que é auto-suficiente e não precisa de ninguém, pois um dia seu castelinho sucumbirá e você não terá ninguém ali pra lhe tirar de debaixo dos escombros derrubados pelo seu tão audacioso EU.

       Se você acha que tudo que leu aqui não passa de meras baboseiras escritas numa madrugada fria, regada de coca-cola e cigarros, tatue a imagem acima na testa e finja ser feliz!!!

Tempo o Senhor da Razão

Certa vez me aconteceu algo que fiquei séculos tentando entender.

Por que uma pessoa entra na sua vida, faz tudo pra estar presente e de repente do nada, sem motivo algum não quer mais fazer parte dela?

Chorei, gritei, xinguei, pensei em várias maneiras de contornar a situação, questionei coisas que não tinham porque, e queria respostas que não existiam.

Aí um belo dia apertei o botão foda-se e desisti de querer entender.

Os dias se passaram e o tempo se encarregou de me explicar que as vezes as pessoas entram em nossas vidas da maneira errada, então precisam sair para entrar novamente da maneira correta.

Somente então poderão ocupar o verdadeiro espaço a elas designados e permacererem por lá durante todo o tempo que o próprio tempo permitir.

Não adianta tentar entendê-lo... você precisa ter paciência que um dia as incógnitas se desembaraçam naturalmente.
