An alien (Klaatu) with his mighty robot (Gort) land their spacecraft on Cold War-era Earth just after the end of World War II. They bring an important message to the planet that Klaatu wishes to tell to representatives of all nations. However, communication turns out to be difficult, so, after learning something about the natives, Klaatu decides on an alternative approach.

A Streetcar Named Desire (1951)

Blanche is in real need of a protector at this stage in her life when circumstances lead her into paying a visit to her younger sister Stella in New Orleans. Stanley Kowalski's buddies come over to the house to play cards and one of them, Mitch, finds Blanche attractive until Stanley tells him about what kind of a woman Blanche really is. Juwita (1951)

Abidin, seorang penggubah lagu yang terkenal, pulang ke kampung selepas meninggalkannya selama lima tahun. Dia terkejut apabila mendapati kekasihnya Juwita telah menjadi buta. Abidin berusaha untuk mengembalikan penglihatan Juwita. Dalam pada itu, Hassan, teman baik Abidin juga menyimpan perasaan cinta terhadap Juwita. Hassan mendapatkan bantuan Rohani, seorang penari dalam kumpulan muzik Abidin untuk memusnahkan percintaan Abidin dan Juwita. Rohani mengambil peluang tersebut kerana dia juga berminat pada Abidin. Kerana percayakan Hassan, Abidin menyerahkan urusan pembedahan mata Juwita kepada Hassan kerana Abidin terpaksa berlepas ke Bangkok atas urusan kerjanya. Di Bangkok, Rohani mengirim telegram palsu kepada Juwita memberitahunya bahawa Abidin telah mati dalam kemalangan di Bangkok.
